Return & Exchange Policy
General Condition
The original purchase invoice is required for all returns or exchanges.
This policy is detailed as follows:
First: 14-Day Return & Exchange
The customer has the right to exchange or return an item and receive a full refund without providing any reason and without any administrative fees, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the item.
Conditions for 14-Day Returns
- The item must be in its original, resalable condition.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags (brand tags, price tags, etc.) must be attached and intact.
- The item must be free from any scents (such as perfume) or marks (such as makeup or deodorant).
Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs if the reason is related to personal preference (such as size change or change of mind).
- If the item is defective or incorrectly shipped, Zee will cover all shipping costs (both return and replacement).
Exceptions
The right of return or exchange does not apply in the following cases:
- If the item is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., worn, washed, damaged, or tags removed).
- If the item was custom-made or tailored according to the customer’s specifications.
- For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once their packaging has been opened or their hygiene seals removed:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Wedding dresses
Second: 30-Day Defective Item Return
The customer has the right, within thirty (30) days of receiving the item, to exchange or return it for a full refund if a manufacturing defect is found.
In such cases, the customer must contact the supplier (Zee) and specify the defect.
The supplier is obligated, upon the customer’s request, to replace the item or issue a refund without any additional cost to the customer. This must be completed within one week from the date the customer files the claim. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
